Exceptional. A tranquil and beautiful location. Very clean, and renters were available for everything you need. There was everything we needed in the house. I am suggesting it. We will be back at Sunset Park for more holidays.

Excellent location in Paphos. The villa is just stunning, and it's just 5 minutes from the nearest beach. Clean, simple, tasteful. The best host ever, check-in was a piece of cake. The location was perfect, near restaurants, beaches and the main ruins.

A few essentials and a bottle of wine upon arrival, and the villa is was truly as beautiful as the photos The beds were extremely comfortable, and the pool was the perfect temperature The grounds were also maintained to a high standard Xenios suggested amazing restaurants and things to do in the area, as well as the location of the nearest beach, which was a only a short walk away We was granted a late check out free of charge to accommodate a evening flight We will definitely be back to Sun Set Villas

A beautiful and clean villa, the pool was cleaned every 2 days, the lawn was mowed, upon arrival there was wine, milk and water in the refrigerator. There are shops and taverns nearby. All the necessary additional things for the stay were brought on the same day. Very fast service. Nice view and beach, you have to go down a little. We were very satisfied!

well it was an amazing villa with amazing cliff-sea views. very clean with comfortable furniture. the bathroom had a walk-in shower with high pressure water. it also had a full equipped bbq. with all utensils needed anything we needed and if we needed the person in charge would take care of it straight away. the private pool had a good temperature all day. we had an amazing time, and most of all it was peaceful. we will surely come again. thanks

Amazing stay in Sunset Park villa! Very clean. Great service! The host - Xenios was very friendly and glad to provide us some requested extras, like a table for BBQ, extra sheets for bed and etc. Definitely will stay again.
